01Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. Younger customers may buy with the involvement of a parent or guardian. You agree to give true, complete and up-to-date information when you buy.

02Our products

• We sell football jerseys, kits and fan apparel. Product photos are illustrative: colours may look slightly different on your screen, and small differences in details, tags or packaging between production batches are normal.
• Sizes follow the size guide on each product page. Measurements are taken by hand and may vary by 1 to 3 cm. Please check the size guide before ordering.
• Club, league, national team and brand names, crests and logos belong to their respective owners. They are used only to describe the products. Soccer Changer is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by any club, league, federation or manufacturer.
• Availability can change at any time. If an item becomes unavailable after you order it, we tell you and refund that item in full.

03Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in the currency of your market. If your card is in a different currency, your bank may apply its own exchange rate or fees.
• Shipping is free and we pay import duties and taxes, so the price at checkout is the final price for the products.
• Payment is taken when you place the order. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card details.
• If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after you received an order confirmation.

04Orders

Your order confirmation email confirms that we received your order. The sales contract is concluded when we dispatch your order and send the shipping confirmation.

We may refuse or cancel an order, in full or in part, if the payment is not authorised, if we suspect fraud or misuse, if the order appears to be for resale, if quantities exceed reasonable limits, or if the product is unavailable. In these cases you receive a full refund for anything you paid.

You can ask to cancel an order at no cost until it is dispatched by writing to team@soccerchanger.shop. Personalised orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, because production starts right after.

05Personalised products

Jerseys with a name, number or other personalisation are made to your order with the details you enter. Please check the spelling before you pay: we print exactly what you write.

Because they are made for you, personalised products cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind or a wrong size choice. This also means the right of withdrawal does not apply to them, as provided by EU law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c)).

If a personalised product arrives with a defect that prevents normal use, or with a personalisation different from your order, we send you a new one free of charge.

06Shipping and delivery

Dispatch and delivery times, customs and lost parcels are covered by our Shipping Policy, which is part of these Terms. Responsibility for the parcel passes to you when it is delivered to the address given in your order.

07Returns and withdrawal

Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms. We offer a 14-day return for change of mind to customers in every country.

If you live in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. The return cost is paid by you. This right does not apply to personalised products.

08Defective or wrong items

If an item arrives defective, damaged or different from your order, contact us at team@soccerchanger.shop with your order number and photos. We send the correct item free of charge, usually without asking you to send anything back. This is in addition to, and does not limit, the legal guarantee of conformity you have under the law of your country.

09Payment disputes

If something is wrong with your order, please contact us first at team@soccerchanger.shop. We answer every message and solve most issues quickly, which is faster for you than a bank dispute.

If you open a dispute or chargeback, we will provide your bank or card issuer with the order information, delivery tracking, our communications with you and these Terms. If a chargeback is found to be unjustified or made in bad faith, we may decline future orders and seek recovery of the amount and related costs, as allowed by law.

10Discounts and promotions

• Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined, have no cash value and can be withdrawn or changed at any time.
• Promotions apply only during their stated period and to the products shown.
• If you return part of an order bought with a promotion (for example, "buy 3, pay 2"), the refund reflects the price you actually paid for the item, after the discount.

11Reviews and your content

If you send us reviews, photos, videos or comments, you confirm they are yours and truthful, and you give us a free, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce and publish them in the Store and in our communications, with your first name or username. You must not send content that is unlawful, offensive or that infringes the rights of others.

12Our content

The texts, photos, videos, designs, graphics and layout of the Store belong to Soccer Changer or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.

13Prohibited uses

You may not use the Store for any unlawful purpose; to infringe intellectual property or other rights; to send false or misleading information; to harass or harm others; to upload viruses or malicious code; to scrape, copy or monitor the Store with automated tools; or to interfere with its security or operation. We may suspend access to anyone who breaks these rules.

14Availability of the Store

We work to keep the Store available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may correct errors, update information, and change or discontinue any part of the Store at any time.

15Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soccer Changer is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, data or opportunity, arising from the use of the Store or the products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

16Indemnity

You agree to compensate Soccer Changer for claims, losses and reasonable costs (including legal fees) caused by your breach of these Terms or your violation of the law or the rights of third parties.

17Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you have a complaint, please write to team@soccerchanger.shop first: we will try to solve it within 30 days. If it is not solved, disputes will be brought before the competent courts of Wyoming.

If you are a consumer living in the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or another country with mandatory consumer protection laws, you keep the protection of those laws and may also bring proceedings before the courts of the country where you live.

18Other terms

• If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest remains in force.
• If we do not enforce a right immediately, we do not waive it.
• These Terms, together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about your use of the Store.
• We may update these Terms. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
